Terms and Conditions

  1. The Veterinary Surgeons Act (1966) specifies that all animals must have a written veterinary referral. If this is not provided, your animal will not be treated and you could be charged for the appointment.

  2. Please do not feed your animal within 2 hours of your appointment and allow small animals the opportunity to toilet immediately prior to the appointment.

  3. We will not treat animals who are suffering from sickness, diarrhoea, or flea infestation.

  4. All animals are treated with care and respect. This may mean allowing time for your animal to relax before starting any hands-on assessment, particularly at the first session.

  5. Cancellation, with less than 24 hours’ notice, may result in a charge.

  6. The registered owner(s) of the animal, at the time of treatment, will be responsible for payment of all invoices related to the treatment of that animal.

  7. If you are expecting an insurance company to reimburse the costs of veterinary physiotherapy, we advise you to check carefully before booking an appointment.

  8. If you have a promotional code, please advise us upon booking. Any special offers may be withdrawn at any time.

  9. Fees will be discussed before treatment and listed on a detailed invoice following treatment.

  10. Invoices should be paid by BACS, cheque or cash, within 7 days of their receipt.

  11. We reserve the right to withdraw our services, if our payment terms are not complied with. If an account is not settled within 28 days, we   will begin proceedings to refer the matter to HM Courts and Tribunals Service and reserve the right to charge interest.

  12. We aim to provide an outstanding service! We strive to address any issues promptly and ask that in such event, you contact us at your        earliest convenience.
